Our Need

The school is a ministry of Casas Church, originally known as Casas Adobes Baptist Church.  The church and the school have been blessed to share facilities for over 40 years. 

However, both ministries have flourished so that sharing the same space now creates significant challenges.  Neither ministry has full use of classroom space at any time.  Both ministries spend many hours dismantling and reorganizing the classrooms on a weekly, sometimes daily basis in an attempt to meet the needs of the school and church.

Due to the space demands, the school

• cannot expand in size or programming;

• has no gymnasium to complement its physical education and athletic program;

• has limited ability to celebrate the accomplishments of its students through displays or performance.

After much prayer, research, and discussion, the leadership of both the school and the church have concluded that constructing a separate school campus will provide the flexibility that both ministries need to thrive.  This campaign, Building for All Generations, will ensure an enhanced educational experience for CCS students today, and for generations to come.

Our Plan

Building for All Generations will fund the construction of a new school campus on Casas Church property located at the corner of La Cholla Boulevard and Lambert Lane.  The church’s generous gift of land will provide the school with enhanced visibility and easier access to the community.

The campaign has a financial goal of $12 million to be provided over a three-year period.  It includes gifts-in-kind and will fund the construction of the new campus, the required landscaping and the necessary parking. 

The “stand alone” facility, designed to provide a safer environment for students, will use a “one way in” concept.  Additionally, the facility includes:

• Four classrooms per grade level

• Classrooms dedicated to an expanded fine arts program

• Classrooms for special programming; i.e., speech and language, gifted, resource services

• Gymnasium with locker rooms and stage

• Athletic fields

• Age appropriate playgrounds

• Science labs

• Expanded library and technology center

• Computer labs

• Food service facilities

Join us in building the new CCS campus. 

It will provide for the education, both academically and spiritually, of future generations as they pursue God’s plan for their lives. Today’s students are the adult leaders of tomorrow.  The impact that a Christian education will have on the decisions they make is immeasurable.

We humbly ask you to participate in three important actions:

First, spend time praying and talking with your family about how God is leading you to participate in this campaign.  God will direct you in this important stewardship commitment.

Second, prayerfully consider making a three-year commitment.  While one-time contributions and gifts-in-kind are always appreciated and needed, you may prefer donating to the campaign over a longer time to increase your gift and its impact on the campaign.

Third, talk to others about participating in the campaign.  Building for All Generations will be successful as many join together to support the expansion of Casas Christian School’s outreach to children and families in the community.

Warrior Annual Fund

While gifts to the capital campaign provide funds for building, the annual fund provides monies that enhance the school program each year including instructional tools, educational development, and other resources.

Levels of Giving:

Foundation Builders       $5000 and above

Warrior Club                  $1000 and above

Red and White Team      $500 and above

Good Samaritan             $250 and above

Supporter                      $100 and above

Friend                           $1 - $99

Tax Credit Donations for Financial Aid 

Thanks to the Arizona Tax Credit Program, our school has been blessed with a tuition assistance fund.  It is our sincere desire to make funds available to as many families as possible; however, funds are limited and awarded on a "first come" basis.

By Arizona state law, we are required to use the service of a School Tuition Organization (STO) to handle the distribution of these funds.  We have elected to use Institute for Better Education (IBE).  For information or to contribute through this STO, click on the IBE link. Remember to designate Casas Christian School as the recipient of the money.

Donations may also be sent directly to the school for the scholarship fund, annual fund, other designated areas or simply to the general fund.
